Beaver Run is ideally located just steps from everything you can desire in Breckenridge. Step out the back the door from you free ski lockers to access the Beaver Run Superchair lift at the base of Peak 9 for a day of skiing and boarding.

Come home to have a beer or cocktail with an app or grab a romantic dinner with your partner all within steps of our room. Still not satisfied? How about a 5-10 minute walk to town or call the resort's FREE shuttle for a drop off or pick up anywhere in town if you're in a hurry to enjoy the mountain life. The town runs a free shuttle with Beaver Run being a stop as well and Uber is also an option.

Our unit is on the second floor partially overlooking the ski area and natural mountain side where you will begin each day with a breathtaking view of the sun rising over the ski area and some of the snow capped pines. As the condo faces the mountain this unit also offers a lot of privacy. There is no place like Beaver Run Resort; and if you're looking for a fabulous location at a great price, you have found the perfect condo!

The kitchen and baths are wonderfully updated. We expect to provide nothing but a 5 star experience for your stay in this condo with some of the best views in town from all around the resort.

Beaver Run resort has restaurants, a bar, an arcade, pools, hot tubs, a marketplace shop for quick groceries or odds and ends and a ski gear/rental shop all conveniently located within the complex without having to step food outside. Main street is a short half mile walk or you can take the complimentary shuttle the resort offers as well. There you find find numerous shops and restaurants to explore!

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-three and sixty hundreths percent (93.60%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Please be aware that the resort does charge for parking; which they will collect upon your arrival. We can happily refer you to a shuttle company if you are looking to avoid these charges as a car really isn't necessary at the unit we don't feel given most of town is walkable and the resort provides a free shuttle for guests to call and take them places.

By booking through the VRBO payment system you consent to our Rental Agreement

We do try and accommodate accommodate early checkins and late checkouts when possible. There is a fee associated with doing so; please inquire at the time of booking for information and rates.

Our Cancellation policy is as follows. However, we do try and work with people in the event there would be enough time to get the unit rented based on the time of year:

Cancellation Policy. If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the following rules will apply:
• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the Check-in Date, the 75% payment (if already made) will be refunded less processing fees.
• Within 30 days of Check-in Date, all amounts paid are subject to forfeiture.

Please note that we must enforce this policy as such, due to the nature of resort market rentals. In a resort market such as Breckenridge, our experience is that it is unlikely we'd be able to book the same days you have cancelled within 30 days or less.
